Very comfortable huge apartment with 2 balconies and fully equipped kitchen. Great pizza place next door, beach 5 min walk train to Rome 5 min walk and in Rome Coloseo within 35 min. Christian is an amazing host who made us feel welcome straight away. Christian was also excellent in all aspects of communication before and during our stay. If we ever make it back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Christian.

Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

The host Rosanna was one of the most lovely and accommodating people I have ever met, she custom fit all of our needs and organized our ride to the airport, stress free! The room was clean, beautifully decorated and the tub was awesome. the coffee and breakfast snacks were included along with celebratory Prosecco. Would highly recommend as location is near the beach and one of the nicest stays we’ve had!

    El nostre vol arribava a FCO a les 23.30, pel que necessitàvem una estància que permetés accés via codi, o una app, o una recepció 24h. Aquest fou perfecte, perque l'accés va ser via app, així que genial. L'apartament, té tot el necessari per passar unes dies i fer turisme a Roma. Acces a Roma perfecte, tren 25min. a prop de l'apartament. Un bon mercat a 4 minuts de l'apartament. Amfitrió molt agradable i atent.
