The place has recently been renovated: new furniture, new very comfortable beds, new private bathroom, new floor tiles. Very quiet place, I slept soooo well there! And the breakfast is excellent! There also is a shared kitchen with all items one needs. There one can cook one's own food. The lady who runs the place will help you with everything she can do. E.g.: I am travelling on a bicycle with a bicycle trailor. I was able to safely store my brand new bicycle and my trailor in a locked storage room.

The room was wonderfully comfortable with a beautiful view of the Piazza. Had a perfect little balcony where we could sit and drink wine and watch the people go by. Directions to the hotel were easy to follow. The staff greeted us outside helped us with our bags and check-in was a breeze.  our room was situated above the bakery, and we were treated to a fabulous complimentary breakfast every morning.  Sophia was the first person we met, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect - the location, the room, the breakfast. Fauzia is a wonderful host who really makes you feel at home! Absolutely recommended, I even had the chance to taste some local specialties during breakfast which I otherwise would not have known about.

Although near the main road, the distance from it is sufficient. The stay here is peaceful. As cyclists, we welcomed the almost immediate connection of the place to the cycle paths leading to the lakes, the river and the city center. Mantova itself is one of the most beautiful cities in Italy.

Fantastic! 😊 Next to the hotel there is a really good restaurant. all people were so nice and friendly. And the place is perfect for dogs which were also welcome 🐾❤️
