This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Central Asia in terms of facilities, staff, location, value, and cleanliness. They have a kitchen. Washer and dryer for free! You don’t see dryer often in Central Asia let alone free laundry while it’s in perfect location with buses, good restaurants, and shopping malls. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and new.

Note that if you plan to hike in the park, you will have to get a hitchhike as the start of the hikes is about 9km inside, by road. You can only pay with cash at the hostel and in most places (except for the hotel Oliva) so bring some notes with you.

Everything is in good order, clean and works perfectly. Nice big lift that you can fit a bike in ! The location is great. A neighborhood with lots of trees and a village feel but also plenty of shops and a bit of buzz during the day. The hotel is at the end of a road off Moscow Street that stops at the railway line so there is no passing traffic. It's central but also peaceful. There's not much noise from the railway- 2 or 3 trains a day, that's all.
