The hotel is very new, clean and well decorated. There is a shared kitchen and dining area that you can use and the filtered water is available. The breakfast was very nice and freshly made. The location of the hotel is very close to the Karakol city center and there is parking available. The owners were extremely nice and helped us with everything that we needed.

The guest house is located in one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen. We travelled at the end of October and the end of the season, the trek to the guest house was a bit snowy and difficult but so beautiful. The hike is moderately difficult and took us about 4.5 hours to reach the house. Once there, we easily found the guest house and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. If you travel at the end of the season, be prepared for cold weather, but the hosts helped us find nearby hot springs to warm up in. The guest house is simple but affordable way to see the amazing national park.

We had a very good experience with our one night stay here. The apartment itself was very nice and was a good change of pace after yurts & guesthouses.. there is plenty of space in which to get comfortable, a small kitchen for preparing simple meals, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the park. The hot shower and washing machine were very much appreciated after time in the mountains. We had excellent communication with our host, Almaz, who we met only online but seemed to always be available.. Almaz was very helpful with check in, advice, and making taxi bookings. Would easily recommend this apartment to others

We loved our hosts Sergei, Ljuba and Bella, who made us feel very welcome - and with a bit of Google Translate to help us with our Russian, they made us feel totally at home. Our room with private bathroom was quirky, comfortable and clean, and perfect for our needs while visiting Karakol.

This was a great guesthouse only 10 minutes from the center of Karakol. The owners are extremely kind and spent time to get to know us and talk to us. They also helped us arrange transportation to the local ski resort at a much more reasonable price than we could find ourselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
