Patrick the host is awesome. He helped work out some transport and car hire for me when my plans got changed by the airline. My room was comfortable and had everything described. I was able to get great nights rest as well as good days of enjoying the island. My room was cleaned as well. I made use of the self catering.

We stayed 11 days in Tam studio and I can tell you that we are very satisfied. In the apartment you have everything you need, a large comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, excellent internet, bathroom, good location. Le Morne beach is a 10-minute drive from Tam Studio. If you need a car, you can also rent it from the owner Raaz at a very favorable price. Also if you want to swim with dolphins ask Raaz for contact. All in all, the price-quality ratio is more than satisfactory. We had a wonderful vacation despite the rain. 😅 Mauritius is a wonderful place to visit, see all the beautiful beaches on the island, experience their culture, try local food, go diving, go on safari, swim with dolphins, visit Port Louis and museums. The top 3 beaches are Le Morne, Belle Mare and Gris Gris. ❤️

Everything! Teddy was an amazing host! The apartment is so cozy that you really feel like you live there! On my second day there, I had a really long morning snorkeling and when I got back to the apartment, Teddy brought me fresh papaya and homemade cookies! I am so happy I spent there the last 3 nights of my holidays in Mauritius!

He suggested to move the couch so we could create a safe bed for our kid. The accomodation is well located (near restaurants, supermarket and bus stops. In my opinion the village La Gaulette is underestimated. Before we went to La Gaulette people asked „why are you going there?“ we know very well now: it is a small fisher‘s place clos to Chamarell, Le Morne mountain and Prairie beach.
