Location is perfect - we never had any problems with parking, the Levels coffee and restaurant is just opposite and all the shops are on the doorstep. Owners are friendly & very responsive to any problems.

We thought that we may struggle with the electronic check in as we don’t have roaming internet but realised that the property’s internet password was included with the entry instructions which solved our problem. Location was very pleasant on a beautiful canal with lots of boat activity to keep us amused. Very close to the town centre & harbour. All the furnishings were well up to standard. Bike storage great- internet key to the door gave us easy access.

This cozy b&b is ideally located right in the centre of Harlingen, a few steps away from the harbour too where boats sail to Terschelling and Vlieland islands. The house is a typical dutch one looking over the canal. Car can be conveniently parked just in front of the doorstep. The room was spacious, warmed up before our arrival with comfy beds, TV, and nicely arranged bathroom. Most of all, everything was cleaned and immaculate. The breakfast was excellent with fresh, high-quality products, both sweet and salty. Definitely, a place to come back as a starting point to explore Frisia province.

The location is the best in Harlingen; right at the heart of the harbor and downtown, steps away from the ferry, shops, harbors, restaurants, TI, train & bus station. We loved that we could sit in the living room and watch the activity out the windows, especially the boat traffic through the canals and draw bridges. We saved a lot of money by buying groceries and wine and eating in this apartment because our view was better than any bar/restaurant in town! Janneke, our host was quick to reply with our questions. We found parking 3 minutes walk away for 2.20 Euros/day.
