We stayed over the weekend & it was a truly magical experience. Carel & Thea were so kind and friendly, always there to help if needed. The place itself was immaculate & so cozy. It’s in a quiet area which felt really safe. It was a wonderful place to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday. Thea and Carel were incredibly thoughtful and left us a surprise bottle of wine & snacks which was really lovely. They even supplied some breakfast and gave us coffee beans for the coffee machine! The walk to and from the tram stop is beautiful, you walk along the River Rotte!

Absolutely charming little houseboat in a great location -- a unique experience! It was nice to have a sunny separate seating/ dining area up on deck. The bedrooms below deck were so cozy, and the decor had an old-school charm. Potential guests should be aware that to get to the bathroom, you have to climb down a short ladder. I thought this was part of the charm, but older people with mobility issues may find this aspect of the houseboat a bit challenging.

On the first day they gave us an overview of the most characteristic places to see and especially suggestions on places to eat. During our stay they were always super nice and helpful.

    The hotel makes an excellent change from the anonymous, functional, corporate hotels normally found right next to train stations. Rooms are themed in one of four or so themes, including “hidden bookcase”, “Mediterranean village”, “cuckoo clock” and “eclectic dreamscape”.     The 14 bed dorm room was better than expected and the bed were very comfortable with curtain for privacy. Interestingly they were bunk beds, however, no noisy sounds when the person on the top bed moved. Also theother 13 people during my stay were very quit and respectful in terms of being silent in the morning amd night. I would recommend it to anybody whose in need for a short term stay. I spend there two nights.

    An amazing hostel in a modern & futuristic village, next to Rotterdam Blaak, the Markthal, the port. A new project really uncredible. I loved the area, the reception, the elevator was really comfortable, breakfast was really good and plenty of choice.
