We stayed over the weekend & it was a truly magical experience. Carel & Thea were so kind and friendly, always there to help if needed. The place itself was immaculate & so cozy. It’s in a quiet area which felt really safe. It was a wonderful place to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday. Thea and Carel were incredibly thoughtful and left us a surprise bottle of wine & snacks which was really lovely. They even supplied some breakfast and gave us coffee beans for the coffee machine! The walk to and from the tram stop is beautiful, you walk along the River Rotte!

Absolutely charming little houseboat in a great location -- a unique experience! It was nice to have a sunny separate seating/ dining area up on deck. The bedrooms below deck were so cozy, and the decor had an old-school charm. Potential guests should be aware that to get to the bathroom, you have to climb down a short ladder. I thought this was part of the charm, but older people with mobility issues may find this aspect of the houseboat a bit challenging.

Two lovely bedrooms upstairs - note the staircase is a spiral staircase which may be unsuitable for some people / small children. Large living area and kitchen downstairs.

Loved all the little details like the snacks, coffee/tea, shampoo etc. The location is smack in the centre of Rotterdam, perfect with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The amenities in the apartment are also good; it was clean, and everything looked very new. Additionally, the location of the apartment is excellent - it is very close to the center of Rotterdam
