The owner is very nice, helpful and answered many questions about Oman, the Omanis and sightseeingspots. The breakfast was very good. Instead of two nights we stayed there for for nights. Very clean and comfortable and well located in charming Nizwa. Quiet and relaxing but close to everything. Very kind hospitality and I would definitely stay here again if visiting Nizwa. Parking nearby was very convenient.
