The interior is so charming and you don’t get any noise from the road outside as all the rooms are on the back of their garden! It’s a bit out of the center (like less than 10 min walk) but it’s still a great location!

Our favourite hotel / hostel in our South America trip so far! Wilmar and his family were so kind and welcoming. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and the area was very quiet, we had such a good sleep the 3 nights we stayed! Breakfast was very cheap and delicious. The best part about this hotel was the view - my partner and I were in awe at how beautiful all the mountains look from the rooftop terrace.

This was a great quiet retreat in the beautiful Ollantaytambo at the far edge of town. It was still only a 10 min walk to the center and 20 to the train station. Nicola and Antonio were incredible hosts who gave great recommendations, always helped out and even held our bags while we went to Aguas Calientes for two nights before coming back! The rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable!

Catta is the best host we've ever had! She was so helpful with everything we did. She managed everything we wanted to do. We wanted massages after going to Macchu Picchu and she arranged them for everyone in our group. Our train was really late and they still made it work for us. The house is better than the description and pictures. We loved every minute of our time in Catta's home and we loved Catta even more! Thank you so much for creating a home away from home for us!

The location is along the river just outside the wall of the village. It is interesting that part of the original village wall is inside the property. With a few steps (stairs) we can access the village and feel like we are living in another time. It was a great choice to stay in Ollantaytambo and we liked a lot ou stay in Casa de Ollanta.

The owner was really helpful and the room was clean and the bed were really comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. Kati speaks great English and arranged for us to visit a local family in the area for a delicious meal and to see how they live. She even walked us over and and waited for the collective to arrive and deposited us on it. She also set us up with a taxi driver the next day to drive us around the area and see some sights, maybe a bit more than we expected to pay, but a great experience. The bed was huge and so comfortable and just a very short walk away from the square. Ollantaytambo is a brilliant village, with wonderful people. The staff were so lovely and very kindly carried my bag all the way to the top of the stairs (it’s a long way up a lot of steps!) - we arrived at night but when we woke up in the morning our view was just incredible. such good value and a lovely breakfast of fruit, bread, eggs and avocado. thanks for an amazing staySan-DYoung couple
