Paulo, the host, informed me 2 hours before my arrival time about the check in process and the location via WhatsApp. This was super helpful as I didn't have to figure out myself. The house is very big, very centrally located, very clean and very well maintained. Paulo offered me to use the washing machine for laundry, the kitchen has a coffee machine, the bed is very comfortable. A great place to stay for hikers after a long walk!

The landowner was very nice and cordial. Since it was February, I had the place to myself. Everything was beyond expectations. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and I was able to get laundry done. It was a great stay at a well located property near the Fisherman's Trail that I would return to.

We loved the house, all mod cons. Stylish, minimalist, cozy and comfortable, like being at home. Nearby restaurants in town. Big supermarkets 15min drive in Odemira. 2min walk from the beach & cliffs, walking trail along the coast. We would certainly come back.

The house was perfect for us, a family with five adults and a baby. three bedrooms were and two bathrooms was good but best of all was the backyard were we could have BBQ:s and sit around. It’s also close to the walking trail Fisherman’s trail (I think it’s called) and we could walk on wonderful trails.

Despite sharing a bathroom, this was a really great place to stay as our’s was the only downstairs bedroom and the two upstairs rooms had their own bedroom. Free use of washer, coffee machine and a clothesline outside.

Our check in lady was so hospitable and nice. The room is so clean and decorated nicely. There is coffee available for making in the morning and you can have the staff make you breakfast in the morning for 7.50 euros. The restaurant is on site and serves the most delicious lunch and dinner for very affordable prices

The dorm room is a little cramped and the shared bathroom downstairs from it which makes a night time pee an ordeal. They offer a nice enough breakfast and a service forwarding backpacks on to the next stop on Rota Vicentina if too tired. The outdoor areas are nice and the village of Almograve and beach are worth visiting.

The owners were very helpful with the arrival and recommendations for food. As Almograve is a very small village, there are only a few restaurants for dinner. Therefore, it was nice to be able to fetch groceries from the nearby minimarket and prepare a small dinner at the house.
