-Nice local quiet community -7Eleven within 5-7 min walking distance -ATM closeby -wonderful rooftop view of Wat Arun especially at night when it's lit up -gave us a complimentary welcome drink of lemon iced tea -the host replied to messages in a timely manner and answered all our questions -microwave, kettle, fridge, lockbox, coffee, cups, complimentary water bottles and snacks -wa arrived late afternoon and got hungry and the host recommended us a restaurant within 2 min walk and it was delicious with big portions. The hotel does seem to offer small snack foods such as chicken nuggets and more for a fee. But we didnt buy from them. -the host really helped us out. She recommended places to go and how to take the bus and she even helped book an airport transport and hire a private car driver for us when we wanted to go to Ayutthaya -Wat Arun is a 5 minute walk and to get across the river there's a ferry there too only for 5 baht per person. Very easy to get to when you want to go to the Reclining Buddha and Grand Palace. You don't need to take the metro or bus.
