Cares very much about cleanliness. the owner is helpful with everything. at the same time it is discreet and unobtrusive. I felt in this place as if I lived in old Tunisia. breakfasts served very nicely on Tunisian ceramics, which I love. Internet works very well. Hot water all the time. very good price to stay here. i highly recommend this place. I'll be back here one day for sure. I spent a very nice time here.

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

Located in the heart of the city center, next to all tourist attractions and just few meters from the sea. But, once in the apartment, it is very quite. We also had a good contact with Housni's parents, they are so welcoming and sweet. And we highly appreciated Housni's attention in buying a baby crib simply because he learned that we have a 3 months baby. We really enjoyed our stay there, we will definitely be back!

The area is full of locals who are so friendly and spoke enough English for us to get groceries easily and find our we around. We took the bus or a shared cab to Sousse for 1DT when we wanted, it was easy, nice to visit and then even nicer to leave the touristy area to return to the practically private peaceful beach of Chatt Mariam. Highly recommend !
