I love everything about the property, very close to the village where you can find supermarket, restaurants, and any other kind of tour that I was looking for. 1min walking to the beach , not packed beach and with very chilled vibes, perfect for couples and families. The rooms are beautiful and comfortables, details oriented. Pool just for us anytime we wanted , and the fact that they don’t do the cleaning everyday for the climate impact we found it very ecological and nice, something that we appreciate.

We had an amazing stay at Nyumbani residence with my husband and kids. The place is a perfect gate away for families as the apartments are full catered with all you need. Breakfast is really yummy and it’s served every morning at your terrace. Location for us was great as it’s only 5 minutes away from the beach and the local shops. Thank you very much Paola & staff for taking care of us and provide us with an excellent service. I highly recommend!

The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

The best stay in Zanzibar. Very muslim friendly and also if you are not muslim you can enjoy the private pool for yourself and your family for several hours every day. Also the rooms are very big and with a nice temperature. Very big balcony to chill in without people looking inside because of the curtain you can close if you want. I will be totally transparent about my review. If you’re looking for a luxury property with all kinds of amenities and facilities, this is not your place. However, these 4 days in Stonefish have been unique in terms of the local perspective I got. The hard-working entrepreneur lifestyle the owner Said has is insane, from early morning ‘til late night, non-stop. Location is great for Jambiani beach, price is unbeatable, breakfast is tasty and he’s really helpful. All the best, man!

Our room was very spacious, we had everything what we needed. Wifi worked really good (based on Zanzibar's standards). We had our own patio and dining area.
