We can very much recommend staying in this newly opened place. A clean and spacious room with a large comfy bed. Everything looked exactly like the pictures or even better. The host is super nice and helped us with hiring motor bikes, booking a very reasonable priced limousine bus back to Hanoi (no trains running on the route at the time of writing) and gave us recommendations on local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
