The Nam family is lovely! Hard working and smiley they will help you with absolutely everything you need: from the presentation of the place to the laundry and scooter or bike rental. Bungalows are clean and so is the swimming pool and the garden. Choices for breakfast ordered the day before and served with juice coffee/tea and fresh fruit. Complimentary water in the room and 2 bottles for our trip. Thanks for making our 2 days even more special! I tried the spa next to it and for 8 euro I got a 30min hot stone massage. We hate in Gia Bao homestay and restaurants close by the square and we never regret it.

David was really welcoming and always trying to help. Breakfast was really nice with lots if fresh fruit. Free bicycles which is great because all the places to visit around the area are well accessible by bike. Heating worked very well and showers were nice and hot. Beautifully located.

We had an amazing time at this homestay! The owners were very helpful and gave us lots of good tips for discovering the area. Complementary ginger tea when we got back soaked from the rain really hit the spot. Aside from the great people the location is really quiet and away from the busy main streets, with an amazing view at breakfast.

Everything was perfect - the staff : Son will go above everything to make sure you have the best stay, he even bring me back to my bus stop for free when I left. - the pool is really nice and good to have - WiFi is working perfectly - location is really quiet - room is big and you have everything you need inside. Great homestay! The staff are really sweet and attentive. The room is a nice size and very comfortable. We left early on our check out day and Lily gave us a loaf of bread and milk to take with us. We loved that there were bikes for free and scooters to rent. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Location: 10/10 We rode bicycles to Hang Mua, which we rented from them. They were in really great condition with built in locks, only thing was our bells didn’t work. Close to the bus station and an alley near the bridge led to a great cheap restaurant (Thuy Linh). Only downside was the construction opposite, but not their fault! Staff: 11/10 The family were really friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and they lent us some detergent, a scrubber and bowl to clean our shoes (just did trekking in phong nha). Because our bus was late (10.30pm) they allowed us to stay in the room until then as it was free, which allowed us to come back and shower. Super kind of them to do that. Overall great value for money and a lovely family behind the scenes.
