We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

The owner was very helpful, picked us up from the morning bus at 4am and offered to drive us to the centre multiple times. Breakfast was also great. He was also helpful when booking cave tours and bus to our next destination. We also could take a shower before leaving for our night bus. The location was quiet with amazing sounds of the jungle in the evening. It was a bit further from the city centre and restaurants, but this was no problem as the owner always offered to drive us.

Excellent little home stay with lovely rooms and Hung does everything he can to make sure your stay is a good as possible. He picked us up and dropped us off at the station and recommended his favourite tours and sights for our time in Phong Nha. The family dinners are also lovely (with free happy water) and are a great way to meet other travellers. Good vibes.

Beautiful stay in Phong Nha when we came to visit the national park and caves. The room was clean and comfortable and all the family were so sweet. The weather was very wet before we arrived so the hosts informed us only one cave would be open but they organised our tour and transport to Hue the next day. Breakfast was really tasty and they also did our laundry so fast within 10 hours and it smelt amazing!

Very familiar homestay, they were super attentive. We arrived late at night and they came to pick us up, also they took us again to the bus when we left (for free). They allowed us to take a shower after we check out. They manage the rental of a motorbike for us, and help us with the bus booking. The breakfast was was good. The son speaks very good english so that make things easier. Super recomended!

This is such a great place. The rooms in the homestay are very spacious, private, clean and comfortable and perfect to relax after a day of cave exploring. If you feel like being social there is a nice common area and you can join the great family dinners the homestay offers. They are delicious and a perfect way to get to know the family and other guests.There are also plenty vegetarian options. Best of all, An and Moon are amazing. We really enjoyed meeting them and share some drinks and foods with them. So, we very highly recommend this place!

The room we stayed in was really nice, you could sit out and look at the lake. Make sure you book a villa, the other rooms are old and need updating (we swapped rooms). The staff were lovely and super helpful. We did a local farm visit which we all loved, my kids got to ride a water buffalo and hang with heaps of ducks and it was supporting the locals which I love.

We had to change our booking dates and a mistake was made, but the room was waiting for us when we arrived. A nice basket with some water and snacks was also provided and the room was large and had AC and a fan. Some nice restaurants a stone's throw away overlooking the river.
