Everything was great! The property is amazing with wondering animals arround. Our cottage was very nice and clean, spacious also. The staff are very helpful! We had a problem with our luggage getting delivered late at the airport and they help with calls and receving the luggage for us when we were not at the cottages! Definetly great place to go and close drive to Phabeni gate for Kruger park!

WOW is all i can say. We had the most amazing time staying at Ashbourne lodge. The location is perfect on the top of a hill so the views are amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to the Kruger Park. Service of the staff was always on point and the food was absolutely delicious. Rob and Dawne went out of their way to make us feel at home and Rob was very interesting to talk to and gave us a lot of insight to the area. The kitchen had everything that anyone could wish for and more. The gardens are beautiful, our room was huge and had its own private splash pool. The bed was super comfy and we felt completely spoilt for our anniversary.

Breakfast and the six causes dinner was fantasic. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Hotel is in a gorgeous environment. The hostess is jubilant and accommodating. We recommend the 5 star Picknick in the garden and the spa. All together was a very, very special experience. we definitely will come back.

Margrit was so lovely and accommodating! The rooms were in superb condition and views were outstanding. We weren't able to take part in the morning breakfasts due to our packed schedule but both mornings she packed us a beautiful breakfast basket that kept us filled throughout the day! Would highly recommend.
