We reserved a dome with a private pool- by far the best option ( pool was heated). The double bed was extremely comfortable and the dome faculties gave a perfect home from home feel. Check in was effecient with Arslan making sure we had a coffee in hand and bags were already on their way to pur room- thank you. The evening entertainment caters for all, oud player or a film by an open fire- nice touch without being overwhelming. If you are a couple looking to spend some quality together or a family needing to reconnect then this is an ideal destination.

Mohammed was very accommodating even though we arrived really early for check-in. Mohammed was very understanding and arrived within 10 minutes even though it was early morning which we really appreciated because we had three young kids.

The coffee shop is open 24 hours with unlimited soft drinks, water, and coffee free of charge. There are also free kayaks to use to float along the channel. That's right, free...unheard of in other hotels. And then the food. Simply delicious. A small menu of well executed items that are flavorful but not overpowering in seasoning so everyone can enjoy. It is a shining gem among all the big name resorts in the area.
