Everything is great, the design and furniture are new, it's a pleasure to stay here, I want to come back, it's noticeable that the apartment has everything you need and even more, a lot of appliances, cooking utensils, you will find everything you need here. Located a few streets away from the main tourist street. I recommend to everyone, for the same amount of money you will not find anything better

Affacciato sulla città, il Liv’s place si trova a Vienna, a 3,3 km dal Castello del Belvedere e a 3,6 km dalla Stazione Ferroviaria Principale di Vienna. Modern and cosy, very clean and homey. Excellent location. Easy access to the transport, underground station is just across the street. Lidl under the appartment. Fantastic!

Il Jimmy's Apartments Dandelion è situato nel 10° distretto di Vienna, il Favoriten. Dista 2,2 km dalla stazione ferroviaria principale di Vienna, 3,3 km dal Belvedere e 3,6 km da Karlskirche. Perfetto per una famiglia con due bambini. Pulito, nuovo, moderno. Cucina moderna e ben attrezzata. Troppo caldo anche con i termosifoni spenti, abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte, ma a noi piace comunque così. Comodo al tram in Davidgasse che arriva in centro in 20 Min.. Tabacchino per comprare i biglietti e vari negozi e supermercati vicini. Un problema parcheggiare, ma cercando bene preventivamente ci sono vari garage a prezzi piuttosto contenuti in zona. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso anche se a primo impatto non sembrerebbe. Nei dintorni c'è un ristorante italiano che fa un'ottima pizza. Di una facilità enorme il check-in e l'ingresso nell'edificio. Super rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile secondo me.

Great design anticipating guests' (though they prefer the word "neighbors") needs: laying in bed with your phone too lazy to get up and go turn off the lights? there is a nook next to the bed you can put your clothes, a button that lets you turn off all lights in the room from bed and a bedside phone pocket with a USB charger. Someone sends a package addressed to you to the hotel? It just shows up in the room. Don't like the art on your wall? I kid you not, they have a place where you can go and swap it for something else. There's a roll of single use table cloth next to the table so you can clean up after a meal in seconds (and a dishwasher, of course). There's a boardgame in the room just in case. There is A LOT of storage. The terrace is probably the best rooftop in Vienna. Check in & out is instant. All the written communication from the hotel to you has a cool sense of humour to it and whenever I talked to a hotel employee in person they also shared this positive vibe (in addition to solving my problems very quickly).

A very nice hotel located in Dresdner str. 109, in front of line “2 Dornbach” Tram station called “Innstraße” just 2-3 min walking and train satiation called “Traisengasse S” is just about 8-10 min, the style of the hotel is amazing Brazilian way and you can notice this every where, and one thing which I am happy of the low sound of birds played in every where, you feel your self in the forest , the staff are very friendly “Sabina, Camelia, Mujae and all the other staff (I might forget one name who helped me to locate some points of interest) ” I hope I got there names correctly spell, I appreciate all there support. The room are perfect and suit us very well for long stay occupied with full kitchen for 2 person, and we have to separate the waste and bring it down to the waste recycling station which is located in the ground floor, they have a very nice lobby and outdoor setting area, and let us not forget the terrace, they have also a laundry service room it works with an app. They serve in the setting area and the restourant in the ground floor Tea and Coffee for free , their breakfast cost 14 Euro. The metro U2 Seestadt station is less than 5 min away which allows a fast access to city centre.

Everything thing that was needed for a ten day stay was good 👍, restaurant and croceries stores nearby. Tram 71 is a two minute walk and takes you straight into the city center.
