The location was excellent and the gardens beautiful. The host was always around for any help needed. Parking was easy.

Must be the master bedroom of the house with a huge king bed ,plenty of space and a luxurious bathroom.. Breakfast was plentiful although the day's selection for French toast and sausages was not perfect for me, I should have asked for eggs which were prepared for another customer.

This historic home is well preserved, clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. This was our second visit to Grand Oak Manor and we will definitely return again. Our hosts, Art and Martha are friendly and helpful. We even played cards and board games with them. The breakfasts are full and delicious! We would highly recommend this B&B.

Superb freshly made breakfast . A taste of fiddle music and stories and pictures of beached whales etc finished off our morning.
