I didn’t contact with the staff very much, but the people in the whole town are very friendly.

Beautiful view of Matterhorn from the apartment and the pool area. Friendly staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast with a Matterhorn view as well. There was also a shared area with toys for the very little ones, we were happy we could borrow some toys from there. The whole SPA area is modern and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We booked a 3-bedroom apartment with Matterhorn view. The apartment was same as photos. Only 3-5 mins walk to Zermatt station and 1 min to supermarket. Very cozy environment and we had a warm stay in Zermatt.

Facilities were exceptional. Especially the BBQ site. They provided wood for fire free of cost and a perfect site for BBQ. I have never seen such a peaceful place before this. The location was amazing, surrounded by mountains. Awesome experience. 👌
