It is a beautiful property located walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hosts/owners are wonderful and very caring people. They picked me up from the airport and offered to drop me back for my return flight. They have a kitchen area for cooking your own meals, if you want. You will feel very welcome here. I loved my stay at Te Ariki and wish I could have stayed longer.

Hotel Boutique La Perouse offers accommodation in Hanga Roa. Free WiFi access is available in the common areas and all rooms. La Perouse is separate in two wings, meters away from each ofther. Amazing staff, beautiful place, clean, friendly, fantastic breakfast. We miss the place already and hopefully we will come back one day again

They picked us up at the airport and took us back no extra charge. We were greeted with warm smiles and leis. They drove us through town with stops to the tourist center to get our park permit and to Tahai. They answered every question we had in WhatsApp using Google Translate since they spoke Spanish and only understood some English. The bed was comfortable with a linen change middle of our stay. The high temperature was about 75 F (24 C) in mid-February and opening the windows and turning on a small fan was enough to feel comfortable. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, dishes and pans enough for us to cook our meals. The studio apartment was a good value.

I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Uruhao. The hosts Francisco and Sonia were very welcoming and helpful, they did their very best to make my stay very comfortable, also to advise and make connections for guided tours (you need to have a guide and a Park Permit to go to the archeological sites). The hostal is very centrally located in the town area, but is very quiet within its own substantial garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Highly recommended !

This is a lovely place to stay on Rapa Nui. You are a short stroll to the center of town, to the Ahu Tahai and the ocean. Carlos and Pamela are the most gracious hosts. They will make you feel welcome and can help arrange tours, etc. You really could not ask for better hosts. The rooms are very nice and super clean, and have a small fridge. . My bed was so comfortable. The shared kitchen is spacious and clean and well equipped. There is a living room to hang out in and a nice backyard. Hostal Makohe, in my opinion, is really a step up from the usual hostal.
