Very personal, but we don't like soft beds at all. The next morning they tried their best to shuffle some rooms around so we could change rooms and have a different bed more to our liking. The staff is super friendly and tries to make sure your stay is fantastic! Thank you for making our stay perfect and recommend Patagonia Apart to anyone staying in Punta Arenas for a night or a couple of nights!

What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the town, with nice views of mountains. House is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful. A perfect little apartment for short or longer stay in Puerto Natales. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the highlight is the fully equipped kitchen, with oil, salt and pepper. I would stay here again if returning back to Puerto Natales.
