Manager Crystal arranged flowers and fruit plate for my wife's birthday. So thoughtful. Very happy with the hotel. It provides a 24-hour front desk, free brunch, afternoon tea, and hidden lounge time, and a welcome event. The room was really cosy and comfortable. As we here travelling during the low season, we got a free of charge room upgrade. The staff was helpful and able to speak in English. Nice breakfast, with Continental options. The hotel had free fruit available all day and free wine at night.

The closest metro is about a 15min walk away. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would highly recommend it to visitors coming to Xi'an.

The atmosphere was good, they were helpful with my question ( translate app) they're really close from the inner wall, I had the single room, that was price/quality pretty good, you just need to get used to the all in 1 bathroom ;D
