The owner checked is in personally, walking us through the amenities of our room and also took the time to explain the island and offer suggestions of restaurants, beaches, activities, etc. Wifi worked better than anywhere else we stayed in the Galapagos. Room was spotless. We had a lovely large private balcony and a mini fridge in the room. Hotel is within a few minutes walking distance of the town, perfect location as you don't get the noise from the town.

Very clean and with everything you need for your stay, including stable wi-fi connection, which is important for using the WhatsApp application (a must app for communicating with tour guides, host, taxi drivers and outdoor equipment rental services). We highly recommend suite cielo.
