This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! The host is lovely and the lodge is run with pride and care. We were really looked after. Attention to detail and also a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts and evening meals were great.

We loved the place, right in the city centre, near everything! Very well equipped as well and great communication with the host! Bonus some lovely christmas decoration!

Absolutely everything and was a most memorable experience. The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

Great location! and you have a dedicated parking spot, which was super cool! The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^

Το Rare: au bord du lac d’Annecy, cosy appartement en rez de jardin avec terrasse privative έχει θέα στο βουνό και προσφέρει κήπο, βεράντα και ιδιωτική παραλία. Location on the lake with own access and pier. Nice room with garden and furniture to eat/sit outside. Friendly host. Great lake view, clean and warm water in June already. Lot of activities available in area.
