Such a cozy place! Laura and Kenny were such nice, considerate hosts. I don't know about the other rooms, but Room 7 had a private bathroom and every essential commodity, they even left us fruit and snacks on our arrival. The views are gorgeous, and the tranquility of the whole atmosphere was much appreciated. We highly recommend this place if you're planning on visiting the Isle of Skye!

We were celebrating our anniversary and they even decorated the room with pink balloons and provided us champagne and chocolates! Sara and Simon gave such a warm welcome to their beautiful home. We stayed in the two-bed room bed and breakfast, and it was superb. Sara is a fantastic cook, the home is beautifully decorated, and the location is really great. We were able to see so much and still be 'home' to relax before bed. Achalochan House has been the best stay on our 21 day journey.

I recently spent four nights at this apartment on the Isle of Skye, and it was truly a unique and memorable experience. The location, situated at the center of Skye, is perfect for exploring the entire island within an hour's drive. Nestled on a working farm, the isolation provides a serene escape—I even had a friendly sheep greet me at the door each morning, with no other humans in sight. The modern apartment boasts charming Scottish decor, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine and plenty of pods, was a lifesaver, especially since the nearest supermarket is a 20-minute drive away. Planning ahead for meals is advisable due to limited dining options in the vicinity. One of the highlights for me was the convenience of on-site washing and drying facilities. After a week of driving around, being able to freshen up my clothes was a welcome amenity. Communication with the host was seamless, with prompt responses to all my queries. Overall, this Airbnb provided a tranquil and cozy base for exploring the breathtaking Isle of Skye. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat with modern comforts.
