I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed or wanted was provided for us. Chrissy was a fabulous host. The accommodations were spotless. The pictures did not really do our room justice. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were roomy and so comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet meal. Each day we were served something different. It was a feast! The location was great. An easy walk to stores, restaurants and buses. Honestly, we hated to leave. You are missing out if you don’t book a stay here.

The Mercian Luxury Apartments Birmingham City Centre - Your Perfect Stay Apart hotels asub Birminghami kesklinnas. Everything was perfect from start to Finish. The location was close enough to the city Center, and in a walkable distance. The apartment was located on a new 40 storeys Tower ( our apartment was on the 26th floor). Beautiful views day and night of the whole of Birmingham. The check in process was smooth and punctual, and the check out was easy as well. The Perfect stay Team, kept checking every so often if everything was ok. The apartment was a new, comfortable living area, fully equipped and new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with very nice double beds and ensuite bathrooms for both of them. Definitely a rebook if in Birmingham again.

We had lunch, food was amazing, but huge portions…for us. We told the young man the food was superb, it was just a generous portion and we were not able to finish it. We had an early morning flight to catch, we left the hotel at 6:00 AM. We were told where to leave the room key and how to let ourselves out. All with smiles! Excellent hotel, loved the charm and it was so clean, we loved our stay, we were sorry it was only for one night. We are from Calgary Canada, possibly we will come back again to visit.
