Looks better than in pictures. The night before I left I accidentally broke one glass, the owner didn’t ask me to pay anything for that. Truly amazing place to stay in Old Town Tbilisi.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and sheets, an excellent hot shower and a small kitchen to cook basic meals in. Host was professional, prompt and kind. A fair price, within 10 minutes walk to the metro, or 25 minutes walking to the very centre of Tbilisi through a scenic route; would highly recommend!

The location is gold, only 3' to central area. We enjoyed walking the old street of Tbilisi everyday we were there. The room is spacious, with all amenities you need. They also have washing machine and dryer which you can also use for free, a big plus for long travel! The self check-in is also easy and fast. This is a true gem, really can't beat when it comes to value-for-money. P/s: a small note is you will need to pay by cash.

The whole property and the room were just beautiful. Lovely designed, very clean and everything you need. From amenities in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, TV, air condition, comfortable bed. Love love loved it.

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money
