Location, car parking across the road AIR-CON and FRIDGE were a brilliant surprise given the heat. We requested an early check-in which was no issue for the host and she was happy to accommodate. The whole building and our room was absolutely spotless. The instructions for access and the lock box was clear and there was no issue. Very handy having all the instructions together in one message.

Tess's Guest House R95K6N1 This Property is unsuitable for children under 12 years old features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Freshford, 15 km from Kilkenny Railway... Tess was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely breakfast in the morning and lots of choices for tea or coffee at your leisure. Beautiful home and very comfortable bed. Set in the centre of Kilkenny, just 500 metres from Kilkenny Castle and 700 metres from Kilkenny Railway Station, Luxurious Penthouse Apartment 1, City Centre offers accommodation with mountain views... very spacious, everything you needed. absolutely central to everything. only one thing to keep in mind there are 50 steps to carry luggage up to apartment but worth it for location.
