The owner , Paudie , met us upon arrival. He was super nice and friendly. Very welcoming. We slept better here than anywhere we stayed in Ireland. It was quiet and very clean. It felt like home. Its a couple miles off the main road, but very easy driving even in dark. The owners put alot of pride and effort in every detail and being organized. We would love to stay longer than one night if ever we travel to this area of Ireland again.

The owner made sure we were provided with the comforts and things we needed to nurse a summer cold. Breakfast was exceptional and so was the Service! Well recommended.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Despite the very central location we were not disturbed by any noise as the bedroom is to the back of the living area. John was very helpful and accommodating.

No 12 B&B is located in Dungarvan and offers a shared lounge and a garden. The accommodation is 38 km from Clonmel, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Catherine was absolutely lovely & her place was outstanding-comfortable and sparkling clean. The breakfast was just as other reviewers described-out of this world!

A very lovely, peaceful and natural place to stay in nature and unwind for a few days. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and decorated with love. Ruth made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was gorgeous! You can see and feel how much heart goes into this place. Thank you!

Beautiful location and a lovely, clean cottage. This was our fourth visit and we’ll be back again. We highly recommend this cottage and Eileen is so lovely to deal with. A welcome pack is left for visitors which is a real treat especially if you’ve been travelling.
