I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

The interior and ambient lighting was softer and very much in line with my expectations. The best thing was the customer service, very quick to respond and helpful (I chose Chinese customer service). It's a little bit far from the station, like a 10-15 minute walk, but it's worth it, you can't rent one this nice next to the station.

Room is big and clean and the amenities were great, there is even a dryer in the bathroom and our clothes were dried overnight. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the area too. Host is quick to reply any questions we asked.
