Everything. From the big, traditional room with view to the river to the friendly staff and relaxing onsen. I had read the reviews that it could get noisy as some guests aren't as quiet. But it was perfect for me. Relaxing, simply perfect.

Everything! The staff were so polite and welcoming. The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

Marina Bay Atami ligger i Atami och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering, 6 minuters promenad från Atami Sun strand. The view from the hotel is very nice, located near the sea and easy to access. It was spacious and clean, with all necessary facilities which made the stay very comfortable. The host was also very welcoming, and the information provided on booking were matching reality. In summary, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend it.

熱海温泉 実の別荘 ligger i Atami, inom 18 minuters promenad från Atami Sun strand och 31 km från Shuzenji-templet, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen samt gratis privat... Very nice staff, helpful and always there for useful information. And the owner lady offered car drop off to the nearby train station after we checked out.

SOKI ATAMI ligger i Atami, 1,7 km från Atami Sun strand, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en restaurang. It was a beautiful retreat that allowed you to unwind in a small coastal town. The traditional Japanese breakfast was wonderful and the onsen amenities were fantastic.

オーシャンビューゲストハウスEat&Stay ROMEY ligger i Shizuoka, 12 km från Rengejiike Park Fuji Festival, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en restaurang. Wow! Amazingly friendly hosts, beautiful location, yoga mats, a hammock, a bicycle to use, clean rooms, and all round wonderful experience. Oceanside views The hosts took me to a wonderful dinner (probably the best one I've had so far in Japan) and taught me how to write haikus. They explained lots of nuisances and generally gave off the best vibes a traveller could ask for. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and kindness, if I ever return to Japan I will 100% be staying here again.

Yumeguri no Yado Yoshiharu ligger i Izunokuni, 9,1 km från Shuzenji-templet, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en terrass. Beautiful, authentic, very relaxing stay. Would recommend for couples as it has the opportunity for private onsen baths which were so nice (there are also public onsens). The rooms were really spacious and tea services were provided in the rooms. The dining experience was really unique with all of the separate dishes and super high quality. The town is small so whilst I'm sure there are other places to eat, there is no need to do that. Also super fun to go to the panorama park and get brilliant photos of Mount Fuji.

Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 erbjuder 2-stjärnigt boende vid stranden i Higashiizu och har trädgård, gemensam lounge och terrass. We felt so welcomed and cared for by Ken. Fresh local flowers in the room, a friendly face and comfortable room in a delightful seaside village. We were kindly dropped back to the train - a lovely experience and memory.

Hostel Knot erbjuder luftkonditionerade rum med tv i området Shuzenji Onsen i Izu. There was a great small onsen right around the corner, the shower was great, we loved the capsule beds. I could have used a little thicker mats, but really nice. The staff was amazing.

Guesthouse SORA ligger i Minamiizu, 6 minuters promenad från Yumiga strand, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en gemensam lounge. Everything was so neat and tidy. The owner was so kind and everyone staying was so friendly.
