Set in Katunayake, SEBASTIAN TRANSIT KATUNAYAKE is a recently renovated accommodation, 7.6 km from St Anthony's Church and 29 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Excellent accommodation for airport transit - it is very well equipped with anything you might need (large, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, AC, even a washing machine and a very well equipped kitchen). There are also snacks you can purchase if arriving at night and the stores are closed. Last but not least - the apartment location is just perfect, just a few minutes drive away from the airport, and the owner will drive you there free of charge (my flight was super early, and that was not an issue). Overall, an excellent value and highly recommended to make your first or last day in Sri Lanka hassle-free.

Staying at Murphy's Villa Accommodation was an exceptional experience. Very convenient for late night arrivals to the airport. From the moment I arrived, Chaminda's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. He was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The airport pick-up service was a real lifesaver, especially after a long flight. It was so convenient to have someone waiting for me at the airport, and it made the start of my trip so much smoother. I was also pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to leave a big trunk luggage. It saved me a lot of hassle around Sri Lanka. The room itself was fantastic - clean, tidy, and equipped with air conditioning which was a much-needed relief from the heat. It was clear that the staff take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

We stayed at this hotel arriving with a late flight and at the end of our holiday before the flight back. It is very easy to reach from the airport. The hotel is nice and clean and the owners will help you with whatever you need! We can only recommend it.

This little gem ticked all the boxes for us. We received a friendly welcome when we arrived after a long flight. Our host was super accommodating and we were well looked after. We even decided to stay an extra night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we made good use of the pool. The location was nestled back from the main street making it a quiet retreat, yet the beach, shops, bars and restaurants were only short walk away. Breakfast was available with a generous serving. Would definitely recommend.
