Whole building is renovated and feels like new. It is very close to the beach Flic en Flac and there is a lot of free parking places behind the building. Very safe and quiet area. Cécile was always helpful and very friendly. Swimming pool was always open and it was good for relaxing with kids.

She was very responsive in such a friendly way. I have never encountered a host as helpful as she is whenever you have any questions about anything from renting a car, places to explore, nice eats. Overall, we left Otium with a happy and grateful hearts.
