To start with, my contacts Farah and Adila were so attentive and gave me excellent customer service! Sunway GRID by SR Homes' property is very awesome! Their concept of "home-stay" is very unique, with all the displays of anime' characters as well as the bed designs. Staying in this unit by SR definitely gave us a feeling of safety and security as well as enjoyment. So far, of all the various stays we had in Malaysia, Sunway Grid by SR was the best! It was like an attraction by itself due to its unique interior design. Families who are looking to experience a "home away from home" stay, you may consider this property. Its location is walking distance to the Sunway Big Box mall and X Park, Iskandar Puteri. Although this area appears to be quiet and reserve, but travel distances to Malaysia Lego Land and to the city of Johor Bahru are not bad. Sunway Grid Residence by SR is very much recommendable for families. It is a great stop-over before you cross to Singapore!

We stayed there for 4 days 3 nites, That was a great stayed! The Condo is very nice, comfortable, clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner also provide washing machine, vacuum and other basic facilities. I highly recommended for those whose want to come with families or friends. I also want to highlight about the security guard at the main entrance gate, credit to them... they all very helpful & friendly. i will sure comeback to stay here. And hopefully they can maintain the quality of the service. Well Done Owner & The Team!

Singapore Zoo se nachází jen 31 km daleko a Night Safari 31 km.... This is a home away from home. It's so comfortable, super clean and orderly. Everything works perfectly. The condo is close to the mall and Legoland Resort. Uncle Paul is an awesome host. He is very friendly, kind and very welcoming. The check-in process was fast and there are instructions on how to use appliances, lights, washing machine and microwave. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Will rate this 12

Fantastic host: Kam waited till half past midnight for us at the bus station and even gave us a passage to the jetty the next day. Great hospitality and perfect house, excellent solution if you have to wait for the jetty in Mersing.
