We booked two apartments. Very modern and clean and well equipped apartment. The aircon for one of the units wasn’t that cold the first day but the staff attended to it immediately and got it fixed in <24 hours. They even bought us three boxes of him heang biscuits for the inconvenience, which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again. Well above and beyond our expectations

The location is great, the WiFi, the pool and amenities are brilliant too. Everything you need is in the apartment. If I find myself in Penang here I would definitely stay again.

Very responsive host. Easy to get into. Very big space, super clean. Everything worked perfectly. WIFI was strong.
