15 km from Paradise Valley Springs, Fairway Cottages is a recently renovated property set in Rotorua and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Loved the location overlooking the golf course. Quiet, beautiful. Cottage was amazing. Lovely layout and beautiful modern facilities. Would go there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Lyn was an excellent host and very accommodating.

Located in Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty region, Sunset Cottage features a patio. We arrived late due to unforeseen roadworks, so messaged ahead to let Ellie and Shane know, so they made arrangements for easy late access, and we walked into such a welcoming and special guest home. The views are spectacular - we saw the cows taking themselves down the farm track across the field, hens in the lower garden and Quail running across the beautifully manicured lawn. The location is peaceful and picture perfect. The guest house itself is fresh, warm and inviting, with everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay.

WOW!! Lynette, the owner and hostess went all out on friendly, respectful hospitality. From the lovely room and garden setting through to the beautifully presented home made breakfast it was perfection. I spent have several nights there and not once, particularly during a hectic and extremely hot New Year, did she falter. All the best for this enterprise.

Offering garden views, Peaceful Mount Studio Moments to Beach & Downtown is an accommodation situated in Mount Maunganui, 700 metres from Pilot Bay Beach and 7.6 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. This property had it all - close to the Main Street, quiet, clean, with everything you need as well as some lovely thoughtful touches. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen, which we appreciated. Only a block from the beach. We got caught in a torrential downpour and were dripping wet. Vanessa was lovely and gave us extra towels and then cleaned and dried our clothes for us. I’m definitely recommending this place to family and friends, and will stay here again next time we’re back.
