Comprising a garden and a shared lounge, Sweet Home between CBD and University is a recently renovated accommodation in Hamilton located close to AgResearch. Nice lication in quite place, with green garden with flowers. Very beautiful house with friendly stuff. Rooms are clean and cozy, all bathrooms are great, lounge area like in home 🏠 We love atmosphere here, feel ourselves like at home. Rebecca cook for guest fresh muffins for breakfast- it was so nice! Also she provides breakfast with coffee milk cereal. I definitely recommend this place !

Location just 10 minutes from Hobbiton, surroundings, nice and quiet. And the place itself? Gorgeous! Really spacious, equipped with anything you can think of, Gerda provided us with variety of food options like eggs, homemade bread and jam, yogurts and drinks in the fridge. But most importantly the vibe of the place was great. We felt like home and wished to stay there for longer. Highly recommended. And as for the navigation someone complained about- no issue at all. GPS and also Gerda’s description you receive in advance is accurate!

Don is amazing. It felt like a family member was welcoming us home. The place was clean, overlooking lake Taupō. It has good space to spread out!
