Also 10/15 min walk from the dock the boats leave for White Island There is lots of tuktuks passing on the main road 5 min walk away, make sure to get the orange ones. They charge 15 Pesos to go into the town to the market etc

We rented scooters so the road to the accommodation was no problem at all (safe, concrete road, only 10 minutes from the center of Mambajao). We can’t recommend it enough if you want a peaceful stay in the middle of nature (:

We were in the room in the tree which was amazing. You feel close to nature and remote. The breakfast is lovely, served under a beautiful tree, facing a beach. The general athmosphere is peaceful and lovable. Next to nice restaurants and the center.
