The unit was designed to maximise the space and has all the things that you need (including a washing machine). It had several electric outlets making it easier to charge devices anywhere in the unit.

Walking distance to the river esplanade in one direction, SM iloilo in the other.. I wanted to extend my stay but it wasn't available. Definitely stay here again.
