I have stayed 2 nights on the 1 bed bungalow + 4 nights on the 2 bed bungalow: this review will be about both of these to avoid duplicate reviews. About the bungalows: - The bungalows are absolutely beautiful, very well cleaned, beautifully decorated. Mattress and pillows were super comfortable, as well as quality of the sheets. And bonus points - only accommodation in Sao Tome I found a duvet!!! Most places have just a small blanket but nothing beats a proper duvet for someone like me who always gets cold at night. - It has a mini fridge, a TV, hot water with good pressure, quality towels, a hammock and sofas outside to chill. Honestly, this is top quality accommodation, especially for the cost. About the property: - The staff are super kind and helpful and made me feel very looked after <3 and the owner Erikson was always available through whatsapp ready to send tips, ask how things are going, etc also super accommodating with doing late check out since my flights was not before 10pm. - Their menu is really amazing, and they have proper vegetarian meals!!! It's amazing to feel that vegetarian meals are not just an afterthought. The desserts were also absolutely spectacular (that passionfruit mousse... to die for). And the omelette they made for lunch was exquisite, other locations should learn from them on how to make an omelette dish that is actually good, not oily, balanced and super tasty. - The waterfall that can be heard from anywhere in the property is yet another amazing selling point. You can hike to see it up close! - I enjoyed the pool and the pond next to it, with fish and turtles! Even if turtles were a bit shy. Nice place to refresh after a day out. - And last but not least, Jeff, the ginger cat. He's such a lovely kitty!!! As a crazy cat lady this was definitely one of the best things (I often look for cat references in reviews so leaving this one for other crazy cat people like myself :)) Overall top notch accommodation in Sao Tome!

Casa Luis está en São Tomé y ofrece vistas al jardín, piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. Luis y Catalina son muy majos, al igual que el résto de la gente que trabaja allí. La piscina y el desayuno son un puntazo a favor. No creo que haya nada mejor en relación calidad/precio en toda la isla. Totalmente recomendable

The staff, particularly Waldimiro, are incredibly kind and helpful. The location is very central and the price/value is amazing. If you ever need to stay in the city, this is the place.

Mawo house está en Santana y ofrece zona de playa privada. Este alojamiento frente a la playa ofrece parking privado gratis, wifi gratis y acceso a un balcón. the view was the only reason I selected the area, the staff were great. I feel bad management was harsh on them when we had banking issues. it wasn’t their fault.

We loved staying in Santana. The house is well equipped and has a lovely mango tree in the garden. The hosts are very helpful. We really recommend this place.

RALUX house está en São Tomé y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas a la ciudad. Very quiet location and neat. You can walk to these places (the market, Presidential Palace, the museum and the beach) owner is friendly and can speak a bit of English too so I was able to communicate. I had a problem in the room and he quickly fixed it. We were supposed to leave the room at 13:00 but our flight was evening, and he made us stay for extra hours before leaving for the airport without charging us. A very good location I must say.

Welfare AgroTurismo se encuentra en Milagrosa y ofrece terraza y bar. Este agroturismo dispone de jardín y parking privado gratis. Hay toallas y ropa de cama en el agroturismo. Wow! We arrived late and the place looked like a heavenly shelter in the forest. we found out it is! The pictures are not pimped, the place is like that or even better, the rooms were clean like a nuclear lab. The room was cosy, the bed perfect, we simply couldnt have wished for better. Maria is a cheerful and all in all a wonderful host. we are grateful for all! Their chocolate mousse unforgottable! the place is en route Bombaim, so brace for road conditions, but if you want to check more remote and smaller places/sanctuaries, the place is for you! no internet, no cellular signal! enjoy your digital detox, thats what you probably came for.

VIP House-Praia Francesca se encuentra frente a la playa, en São Tomé, y cuenta con jardín y wifi gratis. Location right next to airport so very convenient for arrival. Common mini bus only costs 20 Dobras $1 so easy enough to get to town. Hosts are extremely nice and accommodating.

Pousada Vila Paraíso se encuentra en Santa Cruz y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. El bed and breakfast ofrece servicio de alquiler de coches. Romario, Augustinho, Jet and Cecilio made my stay incredible. These guys are rockstars. Sweet, caring, fun, always ready to help out, but they went beyond. We shared amazing times together, played cards and much much more. They are incredible and I'm jealous already that you guys are gonna meet them. They are missed and will always be part of me! (also there is a monkey! And he has a little home but is free during the day so be ready to have the cutest little macacu ever appearing on your balcony!) Muito obrigada a todos. ♥
