There is a nice terrace. the property is located in the 1st Floor. The nearest train (TGM) station is Sidi Bou Said and Carthage Amikar - both 8 minutes walk from the property. From Sidi Bou Said Rail Station (TGM) , centre of Sidi Bou Said is only 1 minute walk. Please note that main Sidi Bou Said village is around 15 minutes from the Property. But the property at the Sidi Bou Said "village" is expensive. There was gas oven, coffee maker in the house. The owner gives fresh bread every day. There was egg, olive oil, salt, cheese , jam for the breakfast.

Only 5 rooms, but each one has a particular character, the interiors, and the art they have is just amazing and completely within our tastes. We wanted to buy half the items on display there. The breakfast was just amazing. everything was fresh, and such a big choice. The staff was also so accommodating towards all our wishes, wether it was sleeping in a bit or helping with choices for restaurants and musea. We couldn't have wished for anything better and we will for sure come back when we visit Tunis again.

The Location which is EXTREMELY central. 1 min walk and you are in Sidi Bou Said. The design. Authentic. The place is huge and spacious and very comfortable and safe. I traveled to more than 30 countries and never have been more welcomed than this. It felt like home.
