Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. It was a lovely house, very clean and the room was great!

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. Everything about this B&B was designed with the customer in mind. It was beautifully presented with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast, consisting of fruit, toast, yoghurt and a mix of hot breakfast foods, such as sausage, bacon and eggs. The best two things about it were finding a place that had a proper inter-connecting family room with 3 beds and the hosts who were so lovely and really wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. It was a 20 to 30 minute walk to the falls but there was also a bus which stops right outside.

We arrived so late than we’re supposed to be, but welcomed so nicely and treated us so well with heavenly delicious light bites. So nice room status and perfect vibes. I strongly recommend you if you have plans to visit Canada to see the falls.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. We have never felt so welcomed and loved from a stranger 😆 as soon as we came through the door, we were meet by such warm greetings. We had the option to do a self check-in, but due to lack of reception, we completely missed that important email from our booking! No fault of the Susan's Villa, as all of the information was graciously explained at our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The walk was wonderful and Niagara Falls were close. Parking was included. The rooms were very nice and amenities were all in great condition! Alice and her husband were very kind and warm! This place was so clean, comfortable, and convenient that it was an absolute gem. 10/10 - would visit again!

It was like a little grandma cottage! Nice, clean and cozy. Decorations were so beautiful! Very soft bed and a big tasty breakfast.
