You can rent motorbike, but even if not it’s not that far from the city centre. Rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden looks also very inviting with the plants and lights.

He anticipated my ever need (even made me a banh mi before I left to ensure I was not hungry during my travels back to Saigon). He organzied the entire morning for me (bike ride to the river, then boat ride to the floating markets, visit to the rice noodle shop). The dinner his mother prepared was a feast. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a night in a more remote Mekong delta cabin(no a/c..etc.).

If you are looking for an extraordinary experience in the Mekong Delta countryside, you definitely should consider at the Ricefield Lodge. The food is very good and is served with love. Although the boat tour to the swimming markets seems to be expensive at first sight, it is worth every penny (dong). Due to the special relation of Martin with the locals you will enjoy a unique trip you will find nowhere else! ...and of course, driving around with a speedboat is expensive at other places, too. A big THANK YOU to MyMy, who is part of the team: She really went the extra mile after she found out I forgot my passport after checkout: Without hesitation she jumped on her scooter to bring my passport to the airport of Can Tho - a 45 minute one way ride. Unbelievable! Thank you so much, again. I hope to come back for another visit whenever I am traveling in the region, again. BTW: The taxi organized by Martin is 70k VND cheaper than Grab (4-seater-car) in December 2022 - just if anyone is curious.

Queenie House is situated in Can Tho, 1.4 km from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh, and provides free WiFi. Super convinient hotel if you are in Chau Doc. Close to all the must-see places. Rooms are big and super clean. Staff is the best. Very helpful and kind. They also booked an amazing bus for us to go to Chau Doc.

Boasting an open-air bath and views of lake, BOSA Homestay - Mekong Riverside is a recently renovated homestay set in Can Tho, 7.9 km from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh. We really enjoyed our stay here! Phoenix and Bosa are very welcoming and super nice. The breakfast and dinners are such a treat every time and so abundant! We enjoyed the quiet of the place and showers under the sun or night sky and full moon are just amazing! Absolutely loved it! We went on a floating market tour with Bosa which was a whole experience! Coffee, pho and pineapple on the water :) We also did a cooking class with Phoenix, we made a curry that was just delicious :) We had a very good time here, they are amazing hosts, very friendly and really helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Much love and a big thank you to Phoenix and Bosa for a beautiful couple of days at their home!

Tuan is the greatest host, his homestay is beautiful. He makes your stay a total experience, with real insight into the floating market and life along the Mekong. The dinners are delicious, the pool is perfect - as are the pillows!

Boasting pool views, Green Village Mekong provides accommodation with patio, around 10 km from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh. A beautiful little home away from home on the peaceful mekong delta. I had a little trouble finding the place so I called and someone came to find me instantly. I arrived a little later than expected and they gracefully gave me a free upgrade on my room due to availability. I was very grateful for the upgrade and they had prepared a vegetarian dinner for me, which was absolutely delicious. After a long drive, it was just what I needed. The doggy on site was really friendly and played with my doggy. Laying in the hammock on the balcony and night reading or meditating was perfect. Would definitely come back next time 😍🥰
