MK Riverside Apartment by Haviland está en Da Nang y dispone de vistas a la ciudad y wifi gratis a 2 km de Playa My Khe y a 2,4 km de Playa de Bac My An. clean rooms, affordable price, responsive and kind staff (thank you Giang!), nice furnishings (modern and clean aesthetics), close to busy areas (10-15 mins walk), great shower and water pressure, close to airport, comfortable mattress, great washing machine, lots of storage space, functional kitchen, free mini bar on first day; next time I would like to try their larger rooms, higher up with river view; they’re quite new, seems to have opened in mid-2023 so everything feels fresh; gentle reminder that many local hotels including MK charge full stay price up-front upon check-in, so just be prepared for this encounter; behind MK hotel are also many cafes / tea rooms, full of character - different from the My Khe more touristy area but a lot more quiet and residential - which was a plus for us.

This little gem is in the heart of the city, next to some nice places to eat and only a block away from one of Da Nang’s biggest supermarkets. It’s a very comfortable apartment with everything you need. It’s clean and offers all the amenities, including a fantastic cafe at the ground floor. The people are very friendly and always ready to help. We were so unhappy that we discovered it at the end of our Da Nang stay. We will stay here again in our next trip to Da Nang.

We were allowed to check in an hour earlier than the check-in time and provided everything you wanted to know via WhatsApp message. Every day, they are very proactive in offering to clean the room. The location is super nice and everything is walkable to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy, literally, everything you would need.

We loved to clean and spacious apartment. Perfect location for good restaurants, beach and citylife. Gym and pool on the roof were well maintained and we were mostly alone using it. Apartments are super clean and beautiful designed. Loved to have a washing mashine and detergend included. Free motorbike parking in the underground garage.

Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para estancias largas y cortas. Con lavadora (súper importante) nueva y que funciona de 10. La cocina es increíble y no le falta detalle. Y el baño y la habitación es simplemente PERFECTA. La ubicación es al otro lado del Río, en la cabeza del dragón, y eso es genial porque no estás en el centro si no que puedes desconectar del ajetreo. Nos gestionaron el alquiler de la moto súper rápido y sin problema.

Actually we love the decorations and how the room look so comfort, warm and peace. I didn’t feel like I was staying in the boutique 🫶 well enough space basic and elegant at same time.

Hands down one of the best bang-for-your-buck. Amazing location, clean apartment, rooftop swimming pool and extremely nice and helpful personnel. 10/10 would stay again.
