The view was stunning and the washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The property was as described. It was very easy to communicate with staff. There was a big coffee shop Highland next door but it didn’t open till 7am so we tried a small coffee shop on the left of the building and it was really good. Strolling around the area was fun, at night there was a street vendor across the road selling desserts.

Facing the seafront in Tuy Hoa, Kings House Apec Condotel Phú Yên features a garden and a terrace. The property has sea and mountain views, and is 1.5 km from Tuy Hoa Beach. We loved this place. Very clean, great view and the beds were comfy(two Queen beds in room). Good clean and functional bathroom with shower screen. Small kitchen, wardrobe space, desk and draws. Close to small shopping centre that has a supermarket. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The hosts were fantastic even with their limited English they went way beyond the call of duty. They sent us detailed message of our check in procedure, offered a two day itinerary of tourist places to see, listed a number local foods to try, organised transport for us and even took us to the train station. Really lovely caring hosts. They were always quick to respond to any request or enquires.

You will need to pay extra for other facilities in the building since it is for hotel guests only, not apartment guests. The parking lot: apartment guests have to pay an extra 30k VND/day for overnight parking (motorbike).

The host is very friendly, she prepared nice tea for us everyday, even gave us a free pair of slipper when our sandals got spoiled. The house is super clean, the decoration is nice. The house is also quite close to the beach.

This place is amazing. Initially we planned to spend two nights there, but it ended up being a week. Our room was spacious with a large terrace and two hammocks. This is where you can spend your evenings relaxing with the sounds of nature, and you can greet the sunrise on the roof while practicing yoga. The house is located in a village, surrounded by lotus plantations, fields and mountains. There is a market nearby where you can taste local dishes. If you have a motorcycle, you will find many attractions in the area which you can ask your hosts about. This is a place I would love to return to.
