This was one of the best places I have booked. It was very clean and smelled so nice. The host was friendly, showed us everything around. The apartment was big and cozy.

Everything perfect! From the beautiful scent when entering the apartment to the smallest details. The apartment is very clean, plenty of amenities the host provided, and the host was very thoughtful and helpful, always available to provide guidance and help. I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back if I'll need accommodation in the area again!

Very lovely and spacious luxery studio apartment. Private sauna, massage chair, Netflix, 250m from Shipka Memorial Church and in walking distance of the very lovely and authentic village of Shipka. Private parking space big enough for our van. Our 2 dogs were welcome, extra 5 euro per pet. Comfortable bed and chairs, good WiFi, very clean and put much attention to all details. There is a microwave and an electric pan to cook breakfast or diner.

The hotel is new, very clean and spacious room. Good food, we ate at two restaurants-one with Balkan and the other with European cuisine. Pools are clean and there is an outdoor pool.

The room was amazing, so comfortable and big.very clean and stylish decor. The public areas were super clean like the gym/spa, toilets, restaurant etc. food was also really tasty. It definitely felt like a higher star hotel than it was. Would recommend and return
