Nanohana Lodge is highly recommended and my stay was made better than perfect by the incredible service and location. Quiet, clean, basic hotel that doesn't disappoint. This was the only place I stayed in Nepal that had a consistently hot shower, which was amazing after coming back from a trek!! But the family who own the place was definitely the highlight. They are really helpful, kind, and hospitable. And we even got to join the dad for his daily morning yoga at the temple which ended up being my favourite thing that I did in Pokhara!

I spent a long time in this guest house eating dal bhat every evening like one of the family and cooking for myself in the kitchen. It has a lovely view of the lake and terraced gardens in the traditional style. There is a shortcut to lakeside which is steep and goes around the mukti yoga center dropping you at the street across from the zero gallery Korean restaurant. Ram and the family were very sweet to me and I'm grateful for my time there.
